The following is a summary of key Facet staff members and their professional experience.

TIM DARGAVEL

> DIRECTOR
Tim has twenty years national and international experience with very large application systems, including Allied Irish Bank (Ireland), Queensland Transport, Australian Tax Office, Australian Customs Service, Department of Social Security (Australia and UK), and NatWest Bank (UK). He has occupied the roles of senior developer, Applications Architect, and project manager.

He has extensive expertise with AllFusion Gen, and has accumulated over 10 years of continuous work with this product.

In his previous role of Applications Architect for Queensland Transport, he was involved in defining the Services Oriented Architecture (SOA). He has a strong and continuing commitment to delivering solutions that fit within a robust architectural framework.

Tim is an outstanding communicator, and is able to work with all levels within an organisation, from users to senior managers and executives.

CON SIKALAS

> DIRECTOR
Con has twenty years of experience in the information technology industry, specialising in the development and maintenance of major enterprise applications.

For the past ten years he has worked as a project manager, team leader and developer on applications built using the AllFusion Gen product. He has gained extensive experience through all phases of the systems development lifecycle in sites such as Queensland Transport and the Department of Social Security (UK).

Con managed multiple projects during his eight years at Queensland Transport, including those affecting core functional areas of TRAILS. He also managed the Data Migration teams responsible for conversion and cleansing of data from multiple source systems.

More recently, Con was the project manager for the Refactoring project undertaken by Facet for Queensland Transport. This experience has given him valuable first-hand knowledge of the nature and scope of Refactoring work, and he is able to apply this to any future work of this nature.

Con brings strong leadership and vision to the team and he has a proven track record of achievement.

PAUL OSBORNE

> PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Paul is a Senior Consultant within Facet and has over fifteen years experience with AllFusion Gen in both Development and Project Management roles, for clients such as Telstra, Queensland Transport, and the Australian Taxation Office. Paul's experience also includes delivering best practice guidelines, undertaking performance tuning, and providing recommendations for optimising the use of 'Gen technologies within existing 'Gen sites.

During the last year Paul has worked extensively with the RTA in defining a Refactoring process to facilitate sustainability of their core application. He has also successfully managed a Pilot development project aimed at proving and refining the process.

Paul was one of the key developers on the SOA project for Queensland Transport and was responsible for the analysis, design and development of SOA compliant services and screens.

Paul's strong development and project delivery expertise provides a solid basis for evaluating current systems and developing realistic alternatives. He brings strong investigative skills and an objective and pragmatic view to the research and development of software solutions.

RYAN JOHNSON

> PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Ryan has twelve years experience in the IT industry with over nine years AllFusion Gen experience in both development and development support roles, including model management. Ryan has extensive experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle on very large application systems including the Northern Territory Department of Transport and Works, Federal Department of Employment (DEWR), Australian Tax Office, ING Bank (Netherlands), the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality, and Queensland Transport.

Ryan has a strong technical background, balanced with outstanding analytical skills and the ability to quickly develop a rapport with clients and understand their business. He has in-depth knowledge of component based development on large AllFusion Gen projects including the implementation of a "software factory". Additional experience includes project management, team leadership, and he is a trained facilitator.
